Komac Compact Tipping Bucket
More information
  • This tipping bucket for (mini) excavators is the most compact one in its kind. It tilts in a 30 and 45 degree angle.
  • Due to applying double cylinders it has a strong construction without play.
  • Both cylinders are fitted into the beam of the bucket in a horizontal position and are fully protected, preventing the piston rods from being damaged.
  • The cylinders have balanced valves, enabling pressure relief and preventing tube ruptures.
  • Wear is minimised by applying a pivot with a diameter of 100 mm fitted into a carbon bearing bush, largely reducing the pressure per square mm.
Komac Demolition and Sorting Grapples:
Komac demolition and sorting grapples are of an excellent quality and have a long useful life. Some of their advantages are:
  • Available for (mini) excavators from 1 through 45 tonnes.
  • Large gripping force.
  • Large rotative capacity by employing two driving motors with two gear wheels. This construction allows for the pressure to be spread more evenly on the teeth, reducing wear.
  • The forces within the main frame are halved by arranging the cylinders in a special way together with the piston rod.
  • Low construction height, and at the sametime a strong construction.
  • The buckets are made entirely of Hardox steel plate with cut perforations, which results in an extremely stable, lightweight construction and reduces the risk of the material getting stuck.
  • The construction has only four hinge points with a particularly low pressure per square mm on the hardened and chrome-plated pins, preventing it against wear.
Komac Graafbakken B.V. in Gendringen introduced a new type of vibratory bucket. Like the Komac vibratory buckets for wheel loaders, the vibratory buckets for excavators distinguish themselves by their large screening capacity. This is achieved by a sophisticated construction of cut bars, each moving separately. This also enables an enhanced performance of the bucket in clayey soil and at the same time increases its suitability for various tasks (for example demolition and road construction projects). The Komac vibratory excavator buckets are suitable for excavators from 5 tons upwards. Using these buckets on such light machines is possible because important parts, such as the bars, are made of Hardox steel. Using Hardox steel guarantees a lightweight construction, which is at the same time extremely strong and also contributes to a long life span.
Increasingly, excavator pallet forks are being used for building and road construction projects. By applying this piece of equipment you will increase your machine's range of use.
